Geneva - September 28, 2011 - EPAM has won the Law Firm of the Year in Russia and the CIS award at The Lawyer European Awards 2011, the most prestigious professional award in Europe. 

The Lawyer European Awards established by The Lawyer, a well known UK legal publication, annually selects the best firms in the European market based on the quality of their services, efficiency, strategic planning, financial and other performance indicators.

Traditionally, leading law firms from Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries as well as international law firms having offices in the region contend for the title of the best law firm in Russia and the CIS.

This year the judging panel once again recognized the leadership of EPAM in the legal services market in Russia and the CIS. This honorable award validated a number of important strategic decisions and key changes made by the Firm over the past year.

Dimitry Afanasiev, the member of the Partners' Committee of the Partners Committee at EPAM, noted:
