On February 12, 2021, the World Trademark Review released the 10th edition of WTR 1000 identifying the leading trademark practitioners in Russia, recognizing Pavel Sadovsky, Head of Intellectual Property / TMT as a lawyer focusing on both law enforcement and litigation related to trademarks.
The primary goal of the new legislation was on the development of the rules for remote work, which made remote employment available for office employees as well. Now that the law has been adopted, most remote work matters can be settled in company regulations and employment contracts.
