EPAM Law’s Redomiciliation of Mother and Child Clinics’ Parent Company Recognised as a 2024 Landmark Deal by Kommersant
On 27 November 2024, Kommersant Publishing House announced its annual ranking of the most significant deals in the Russian market. Among the highlighted projects was the redomiciliation of the foreign public holding company that owns the Mother and Child clinic chain, relocating its jurisdiction from Cyprus to the Special Administrative Region (SAR) on Oktyabrsky Island, Kaliningrad Region, Russian Federation.
This complex case received extensive legal support from EPAM Law, which oversaw the entire process. The project involved coordinating with the SAR management company, engaging with the Bank of Russia, and providing comprehensive tax advice.
