Anton advises clients on M&A structuring and joint ventures. He performs due diligence and deals with comprehensive business restructuring.

Some of his recent highlights include:

• Advising on the creation and structuring of personal foundations, both domestic and international ones, as part of the group’s restructuring.
• Advising a client on their engagement in a joint venture holding one of the largest pulp and paper companies in Russia.
• Advising major holding companies across energy, manufacturing, fuels and telecommunications sectors on corporate governance matters.
• Advising an investor on acquiring 100% of shares in a Russian commercial vehicle components manufacturer from a European company.
• Advising on the redomiciliation of European companies to Russia and other friendly countries alongside their restructuring.
• Advising on the settlement of debt owed by the Republic of Abkhazia to a Russian investor.

Anton earned his Bachelor of Laws with honours from Petrozavodsk State University in 2021 and completed his Master’s in Corporate Law from the National Research University Higher School of Economics in 2023. He is also the author of several academic pieces on private law.

Prior to joining the Firm, Anton worked at a Russian law firm.

He is fluent in English.
