On 30 September 2025, Kommersant Publishing House published its annual ranking of the most significant transactions in the Russian market, which included the EPAM Law project supporting the share deal for the sale of the Azbuka Vkusa grocery supermarket chain.
The EPAM Law team represented the interests of the consortium of sellers during the sale of a controlling stake in Azbuka Vkusa (the management company LLC Gorodskoy Supermarket) to the operating company PJSC Magnit (JSC Tander).
