EPAM Partners to Speak at The Forbes Federal Legal Forum 2023
On 21 September 2023, Forbes will host the Federal Legal Forum 2023, an annual conference for the legal community in Moscow.
The event is dedicated to the discussion of economic trends, legislation and regulation, and the foreign and domestic policy of Russia, which have a significant impact on the development of the Russian legal market as well as on landmark cases and litigation.
EPAM Law is pleased to announce that Partners Arkady Krasnikhin, Valery Eremenko and Evgeny Raschevsky will speak at the plenary and expert sessions.
- Valery Eremenko, Partner, Co-Head of Litigation Practice, will speak at the plenary session on "New Trends on the Legal Services Market", will moderate session “How Market Leaders Manage Law Firms” and will participate in the session on the courts' approaches to the possibility of non-performance and termination of contracts due to restrictive measures.
- Arkady Krasnikhin, Partner, Head of M&A and Corporate Practice, will moderate the session devoted to the discussion of the role of the Protocol of Intent in exit transactions.
