The legal information portal Pravo.ru has published the results of its inaugural study of the legal services market relating to the establishment and administration of personal foundations. According to the findings, EPAM Law has been ranked in Group I among law firms operating in this sector.
the PRObankrotstvo portal published its second annual individual ranking of lawyers practising in the field of bankruptcy proceedings and related disputes, as well as specialists in criminal defence within bankruptcy cases.
According to the results of the annual Pravo-300 research, 82 lawyers from EPAM Law were included in the individual ranking.
On 25 December 2024, the news portal PRObankrotstvo released its print publication “The 100 Most Influential Figures in Bankruptcy 2024–2025.” The list features EPAM Law partners Denis Arkhipov, Managing Partner of the Moscow office and Co-Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice; Valery Yeremenko, Partner and Co-Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice; and Evgeny Gurchenko, Partner and Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice in St Petersburg.
On 24 December 2024, Kommersant released its annual selection of landmark cases deemed by its editorial team to have had the most significant impact on the market and Russian legal practice. This year’s list included EPAM Law’s representation of Stockmann JSC in a dispute with the bankruptcy administrator of IPK Atlas LLC (formerly Podium Market LLC) concerning the invalidation of transactions related to Stockmann’s acquisition of certain assets from Podium Market.
On 5 April 2024, the results of the annual The CASE by review were announced, featuring 64 cases across nine categories. First place in the “Cross-Border Dispute of the Year” category was awarded to the case “Bank Saint Petersburg v Vitaly Arkhangelsky”, in which EPAM Law advised the Bank at key stages of the dispute.
On 10 April 2024, Kommersant published its annual ranking of top law and industry practices, as well as individual lawyer rankings. As a firm advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, EPAM has once again received the most recommendations in the legal market. The Firm has been placed in top Group 1 (Band 1) in 56 of the 59 areas and in the equivalent of Group 1 in the categories where nominations are not divided into groups. On 8 April 2024, PRObankrotstvo published individual ratings of lawyers specialising in bankruptcy proceedings and stand-alone dispute resolution, as well as ratings of experts dealing with criminal defence in bankruptcies. As many as nine EPAM experts were included on the final list of top lawyers supporting clients in bankruptcy projects.
On 7 December 2023, Pravo.ru hosted The 14th Annual Pravo-300 Awards Ceremony. EPAM Law received 19 Band 1 recommendations in the federal rankings, across various specialties, including dispute resolution, bankruptcy, and regulatory practices. Additionally, EPAM Law received five regional recommendations, further proving its expertise in key practice areas. The Firm earned top rankings as a market leader by total revenue and number of lawyers, and received a special category award for drafting a law banning the sale of plastic goods near Lake Baikal.
