On 23 March 2025, the PRObankrotstvo portal published its third annual individual ranking of lawyers specialising in insolvency proceedings, as well as in separate disputes and cross-border disputes arising in the context of insolvency. EPAM Law has once again emerged among the leaders of the ranking, with 13 of the firm’s experts included in the list. This is the highest number of individually recognised lawyers among all firms featured in the ranking. The recognised experts include partners, counsel and senior associates of EPAM Law based in Moscow and St Petersburg.

The ranking is based on the large-scale PRObankrotstvo Leaders research study, the results of which were finalised at the end of 2025. In compiling the individual ranking, the following factors were taken into account: lawyers’ project experience, the complexity and value of the matters they handled, the significance of their clients, existing awards in the field of insolvency, participation in legislative work, and length of experience in this area.
