Ruslan advises and represents clients before arbitrazh (commercial) courts and courts of general jurisdiction at all levels. His main areas of specialisation include major commercial disputes, bankruptcy, and corporate litigation, as well as disputes with public authorities in the field of real estate.
Among Ruslan’s projects:
- Advising an investment holding company on risks associated with the privatisation of a joint-stock company
- Advising a major property developer on the risks of expropriation of a logistics complex on public grounds
Ruslan holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the V. F. Yakovlev Ural State Law University and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Debrecen (Hungary).
