Oksana specialises in protecting clients' interests at both the pre-trial and trial stages of criminal proceedings, as well as during operational search activities and inspections under Articles 144-145 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.

She has experience in representing clients (potential suspects, defendants, victims, and witnesses) in the following areas:

During preliminary investigations;

• In the course of pre-trial investigations in criminal cases related to economic activities, offences against the interests of commercial and other organisations, as well as crimes against state authorities, public service interests, and local government services;
• During open operational search activities, as well as advising on other aspects of operational search procedures;
• Preparing legal opinions on potential criminal law risks.

Before joining the Firm, Oksana worked in law enforcement agencies.

In 2013, she graduated from the Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia with a degree in law, and in 2019, she completed a programme in Economics and Enterprise Management at the Samara University of Public Administration "International Market Institute."
