Kristina specialises in intellectual property law and advises on projects of varying complexity involving the exploitation and protection of exclusive rights to intellectual property and means of individualisation. She has substantial experience representing Russian companies in commercial courts, including the Intellectual Property Court, as well as before the Chamber for Patent Disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2025, Kristina worked at a Russian law firm where she represented clients in commercial disputes relating to intellectual property matters.
Kristina holds an LL.B. from Saint Petersburg State University and graduated with distinction from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), where she completed an LL.M. programme in Intellectual Property and Law of New Technologies.
In 2025, Kristina won the IX Intellectual Property Court Moot Competition.
Kristina is fluent in English.
