Dmitry Noskov specialises in M&A transactions, conducting legal due diligence and advising on internal corporate matters.

Dmitry specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has substantial experience in corporate structuring, drafting transactional documentation, organising and coordinating legal due diligence exercises, and advising on corporate governance matters.

Dmitry’s project experience includes:

• Advising on a complex transaction involving the acquisition of a major agricultural producer
• Providing legal assistance to a multinational pharmaceutical company on establishing a subsidiary in the Russian Federation
• Advising on the reorganisation of a major construction materials manufacturer
• Providing legal support to a Russian company in connection with the establishment of a joint venture in the forging sector
• Advising one of the leaders in the dairy industry on implementing a mandatory squeeze-out procedure
• Advising on the redomiciliation of a holding company with a significant shareholding in an energy company
• Organising and conducting legal due diligence on an aircraft maintenance company

Before joining the Bureau, Dmitry worked in the legal department of a global leader in the diamond industry and as in-house counsel at one of the largest suppliers of laboratory equipment for the oil and gas sector in Russia and the CIS.

Dmitry graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University). He also studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin (Uniwersytet Szczeciński, Republic of Poland) under the ERASMUS+ programme. He has authored a number of academic articles on corporate law. During his university studies, he won prizes at Russian student law competitions and international conferences.

He is admitted to the Moscow Bar Association.
