Nikolay focuses on corporate and contract law, advising clients on M&A transactions and other commercial agreements. His experience also includes legal support for business reorganizations, company establishment and liquidation, general corporate matters, and due diligence.

Among projects Nikolay has participated in:

• Advising a major real estate developer on the acquisition of an investment project for the construction of residential and hotel property.
• Representing a foreign pharmaceutical company with the establishment of its Russian subsidiary.
• Advising an intra-group restructuring of the international company.
• Legal due diligence of a company operating in the aircraft maintenance and repair sector.
• Advising an insurance company on the interpretation of a construction and installation contract concerning the scope of insurance coverage.

He graduated from the St. Petersburg State University School of Law in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Transnational Legal Practice.

Nikolay is a recipient of scholarships from the Government of the Russian Federation, the Government of St. Petersburg, and named scholarships of St. Petersburg State University. He is also a prize winner in various student academic competitions.

Nikolay is fluent in English.
