Ksenia has extensive experience in handling large-scale litigation, primarily in the context of complex bankruptcy matters. Her experience includes representing Russian and international clients in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings involving banks and real estate developers, advising on corporate conflicts arising prior to and during bankruptcy proceedings, as well as asset protection for individuals.

Ksenia’s in-depth understanding of both the legal framework and the economic aspects of crisis management enables her to develop and implement effective client-specific defense strategies tailored to each dispute.

Among Ksenia’s projects:

• Comprehensively representing a leading Russian diversified group operating in infrastructure construction and defending the client in dozens of legal proceedings arising from the construction of Russia’s second-largest sports facility, worth approximately USD 1 bn.
• Representing a key supplier of polyethylene products to leading retail market players in disputes over the recovery of damages.
• Representing a railcar manufacturing holding in proceedings initiated against the client in connection with alleged non-performance of contractual obligations, the imposition of penalties, and claims for multi-billion-ruble damages.
• Representing a leading pharmaceutical company in damages claims exceeding RUB 3 bn.
• Asset protection for the family of one of Russia’s largest entrepreneurs in the course of his bankruptcy proceedings.

She is one of the authors and hosts of “Bankruptcy Talk”, a discussion podcast dedicated to key issues of bankruptcy law and produced by the PROBankrotstvo portal.

Ksenia graduated from the St. Petersburg State University School of Law with a Master’s degree. She also completed additional professional education at the Graduate School of Economics of St. Petersburg State University of Economics.

She is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
