Konstantin specialises in dispute resolution, including commercial, customs, and bankruptcy-related disputes. His expertise in the law of obligations, as well as civil and arbitration procedure, enables him to handle complex and multi-issue cases.
Among his recent projects are advising a large industrial holding on corporate and contractual matters, as actively contributing to the development of the legal position in a major customs dispute.
Prior to joining the EPAM Law in 2025, Konstantin worked at a Russian law firm, where he represented clients before arbitration courts in commercial, consumer, and bankruptcy-related disputes.
In 2023, Konstantin became the winner of the VI season of the All-Russian student competition “I am a Professional” in the field of Civil Law.
Konstantin graduated from St. Petersburg State University School of Law with a Master’s degree in Civil Procedure and Arbitration Procedure.
He is fluent in English.
