Diana specializes in representing major Russian and international companies in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in litigation in the areas of corporate, antitrust, land, administrative, and contract law.

Diana’s key projects include:

  • Representing the founders of Transaero Aviation Company in one of the largest bankruptcy cases (the total creditor claims registry amounting to approximately RUB 240 bn). This included defending clients in one of the largest cases in Russian practice related to subsidiary liability (claims exceeding RUB 249 bn) and in numerous related disputes.
  • Representing "Global Metcorp», part of an international group of steel brokers, in the bankruptcy of LLC "Torex" (previously one of the largest steel suppliers). The work included defending the client’s interests in disputes over registering claims exceeding RUB 900 m in the registry, contesting the debtor’s contract with the client, subordinating claims of creditors affiliated with the debtor and overturning court decisions regarding the wrongful approval of the insolvency administrator.
  • Representing "Global Metcorp», part of an international group of steel brokers, in the bankruptcy of LLC "Torex" (previously one of the largest steel suppliers).   • Representing a tobacco company in disputes with customs authorities involving claims exceeding RUB 4 bn.
  • Representing a pharmaceutical company in a number of disputes related to the amendment of a state contract valued at RUB 3.2 bn.
  • Successfully handling antitrust disputes critical to clients’ business operations, including the defense and advisory support of an airport operator in court proceedings with antitrust authorities and during the consideration of antitrust cases by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), as well as the defense of a transportation holding company in a cartel case arising in the course of urban ground transportation reform.
  • Providing ongoing advisory support to major industrial holdings on issues related to day-to-day business operations, corporate governance, and corporate conflicts.

Diana graduated from the St. Petersburg State University School of Law with a Master’s degree.

She is a member of the Saint Petersburg Bar Association.

Diana is fluent in English.
