On September 17 2022, Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC, the international commercial arbitration institution), announced the appointment of new arbitrators. Managing Partner of EPAM Ilya Nikiforov has been included in the HIAC panel of arbitrators.

Ilya Nikiforov is the recognized expert in the international arbitration community. He is also included as an arbitrator in such flagship PRC arbitration institutions as Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC).
