Dmitry Shulga has joined EPAM Moscow office as Director of Strategic Communications Department

Dmitry was born on September 20, 1963. A graduate of the Moscow State Linguistic University (former Moris Torez Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages), he obtained a Master's degree in British and American Literature and Communications of the University of Northern Iowa, USA.

Having started his career as an interpreter and language teacher, he continued his professional life in the field of diplomatic relations. In the 1990s Dmitry Shulga was Press-Attaché of the Permanent Mission of Russia to the UN in New-York, and First Secretary of the International Organizations Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

Since 1998 Dmitry Shulga has been involved in corporate communications. In 1998-2002 he was Director of Public Relations and Communications in Russia and CIS in representative offices of General Motors Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company and during the next two years he was the Head of Corporate Issues Department of Mars Inc. division in Russia. In 2004-2006 he was a leader of corporate communications departments in a number of Russian industry sector companies.

Dmitry Shulga is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
