Associates of EPAM to Take Part in the V St. Petersburg International Legal Forum
On 27-30 of May, 2015, a jubilee V St. Petersburg International Legal Forum will take place in Saint Petersburg. Associates of EPAM will participate in the event as speakers and delegates.
Business programme
The business programme consists of the Plenary Session and discussion sessions on a broad range of issues in law, business, politics, and culture.
The round-table M&A Transactions and Investment Projects in Russia in the Current Circumstances supported by EPAM will take place on St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. Mikhail Kazantsev, Partner at EPAM, will moderate the round table. Other speakers are Robin Wittering, Partner at EPAM, Rupert Boswall, Chairman, Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP, Wenjing Tian, Partner, King & Wood Mallesons, Tatyana Udaltsova, Member of the Management Board, Bank of Moscow.
Managing Partner Ilya Nikiforov will speak at the round-table Legal Remedies in Case of Non-Performance of Obligations.
Anna Numerova, Counsel at EPAM, Chairwoman of the General Council of the Non-Profit Partnership for Competition Support, a member of the Government Commission on Competition and Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, is to speak at the round-table Antimonopoly Law Enforcement in the Modern Economic Conditions. Among speakers are Igor Artemiev, Head of the FAS Russia, Sergey Puzyrevskiy, Head of the Legal Department, the FAS Russia.
Also Mikhail Kazantsev will co-moderate special Public Talk titled “Capital Amnesty: Guide for Action”. Among key speakers – Counsel Mark Rovinsky.
Cultural programme
In 2015 guests of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum will plunge into the festive atmosphere of the anniversary. The most intense part of the cultural programme will be hold on “Legal Drink” Evening on May 28, 2015. The event organized by EPAM is going to become the most bright on “Legal Drink” Evening.
