EPAM Law to Support the 10th Mozolin Moot Court
The 10th National Moot Court on Arbitration of Corporate Disputes named after Professor V.P. Mozolin will take place from June to December 2026. The Moot is organised by the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RIMA).
EPAM Law will once again support the Moot, with the firm’s lawyers serving as arbitrators and assessing the teams’ performances.
The Moot simulates the arbitration of a fictitious corporate dispute. Participants prepare written submissions, compete in online rounds and present their arguments at oral hearings before experienced arbitration practitioners.
The case study for this milestone edition concerns international logistics. Teams will consider the liability of a management company for losses and whether set-off may be raised in arbitration without filing a counterclaim. They will also examine issues arising from parallel proceedings and anti-suit injunctions.
The in-person rounds will take place on 5 and 6 December 2026.
