Irina Kosovskaya and Zalina Tetsoeva to Host Masterclass on Intellectual Property Protection
On 18 September 2024, the Agency for Social and Economic Development (ASERGROUP) will host the masterclass «Intellectual Property Protection: Legislative and Case Law Trends in 2024».
The masterclass will be led by Irina Kosovskaya, Deputy Head of the Intellectual Property / TMT Practice at EPAM Law, who is both the author and main lecturer of the session. Zalina Tetsoeva, Associate in the Intellectual Property / TMT Practice at EPAM Law, will also speak, focusing on case law related to copyright disputes.
