Ilya Nikiforov to speak at ABA Moscow Dispute Resolution Conference

On 19 September 2014, Moscow will host the ABA’s Sixth Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes. Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner at EPAM, will be a programme chair at the opening plenary on the merger of the Supreme Commercial (Arbitrazh) Court and the Supreme Court of General Jurisdiction.

The Conference will bring together members of the global legal community for a full day of informative and substantive programmes presented by world-class experts.

Topics will include:

Dispute resolution experts and world-class specialists have been invited to take part. Speakers at the conference will include representatives of Russian judicial bodies, arbiters from international arbitration courts, and consultants from major Russian and international legal firms.
