EPAM supports Annual Arbitration Conference organised by ICC Russia

On December 7, 2011 the annual conference Russia As a Place for Arbitration: Pros and Cons will be held by ICC Russia and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce at Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Moscow. Representatives of EPAM will take part in the event. The Firm also supports the event as a strategic partner.

Traditionally, at the end of the year ICC Russia holds international conferences attended by heads of ICC International Court of Arbitration and Russian Supreme Arbitrazh Court devoted, among other things, to cooperate between state and arbitration courts, and to relevant development trends in the arbitration both in Russia and internationally.

The event’s participants include heads of corporate legal departments, in-house lawyers, legal counsel, representatives of law firms and consulting companies, arbitrators, international dispute resolution experts.

Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner of the St Petersburg office of EPAM, will moderate the session Russia as Venue of Arbitration session.
