Denis Arkhipov and Andrey Bastrakov to Speak at the Russian Legal Forum
On April 1, 2021, Moscow will host the 17th annual Russian Legal Forum organized by Vedomosti newspaper. Denis Arkhipov, Partner, Litigation and Arbitration Practice and Andrey Bastrakov, Counsel, White Collar Crime Practice will speak at the forum.
Denis Arkhipov will speak at the session “State and Law: Basic Settings”, addressing the problems of the national judicial system.
Andrey Bastrakov will speak at the session addressing the case law in white collar criminal proceedings with the report named “Prosecutor’s Office Claims Seeking to Seize Properties from Public Officials under the Anti-Corruption Laws and Confiscation of Unlawful Incomes: Is There a Remedy?”.
