Andrey Porfiriev and Victoria Burkovskaya Take Part in Business Against Corruption Center of Public Procedures Meeting

On January 19, 2016, in Moscow will be held a meeting of Business against Corruption Center of Public Procedures. During the meeting will be discussed entrepreneurs’ treatments on their rights’ violation.

Business against Corruption Center of Public Procedures will consider a number of new applications, hear reports on the work of entrepreneurs’ treatments being considered, discuss topical issues of investment climate’s in Russia improving and legislative initiatives of the Centre. Moreover at the meeting will be held a discussion on the enforcement of criminal law in the economic sphere.

Andrey Porfiriev, Business against Corruption Center of Public Procedures’ Co-Chair, Partner at EPAM and Victoria Burkovskaya, Business against Corruption Center of Public Procedures’ Co-Chair, Partner at EPAM, Doctor of Laws, Professor will take part in the meeting.

Business against Corruption Center of Public Procedures was established by Delovaya Rossiya to handle specific complaints of entrepreneurs: it works to provide a peer review as to the presence of corruption or raider components in dealings,  and to produce an expert opinion.
