Andrey Porfiriev Will Lecture in the Framework of the Moscow State University Law Faculty Project "School of Masters"
On December 10, 2020, Andrey Porfiriev, Partner at EPAM, will lecture on the topic "Rulemaking as a process and the role business plays in it" as part of the "School of Masters" project of the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
During the lecture, Andrey will speak about the channels for developing and adopting legal standards, the role of the expert community in forming new regulations.Within the framework of the "School of Masters" project, key lawyers of leading law firms and legal departments of major Russian and foreign companies present their educational programs. The aim of the project is to give young lawyers the opportunity to apply their knowledge in the course of solving real practical problems while still in training. Classes are intended for both undergraduate and postgraduate students from Moscow State University and other universities, and are free of charge.
