Andrey Porfiriev and Yulia Belyakova Will Take Part in the XI Air Law Conference
The Eleventh Air Law Conference will take place in Baku on 7 October 2022. The First Air Law Conference took place in 2010 and since then, has established itself as a reputable platform for the dialogue on the industry matters of the legal nature. The event is organized by the National Air Law Association, Aerohelp Institute of Air and Space Law and Saint Petersburg State University.
EPAM attorneys Andrey Porfiriev and Yulia Belyakova will speak at the event.
The conference will touch upon different topical issues of international aviation law that the industry faces in the light of the current economic and political turbulence and shifting paradigms.
Andrey Porfiriev, Partner, Administrative Law Practice at EPAM, will speak at the session “Nationality and Operation of Aircraft in Light of International Regulations” (14:45 - 15:45).
Yulia Belyakova, Senior Associate, International Trade and Customs Law Practice at EPAM, will speak at the session “International Forms of Cooperation in Aviation: Changing Paradigms” (10:00 – 11:00).
