Following a study performed by Legal Insight magazine jointly with the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) and the CIS Arbitration Forum, EPAM has been recognized the CIS Best National Law Firm in International Arbitration.

The Firm is the absolute leader among the best national law firms in international commercial arbitration. The Firm runs up the combined international and national ratings thus confirming its dominant position in the field.

Besides, the Firm is the only one to have its three attorneys in the personal professional rating. Managing Partner Ilya Nikiforov, as well as Partners Dmitry Dyakin and Evgeny Raschevsky have been recognized for the international commercial arbitration.

This recognition confirmed once again the Firm’s dominant position in the international commercial arbitration. The Firm “dominating the market owing to its first-class practice of dispute resolution” has been the CIS only law firm put on the Global Arbitration Review 100 (GAR 100) rating since 2010. The rating resulted from the first Russian study showing the alignment of forces on the international commercial arbitration services market.
