A team from the Litigation Practice at EPAM helped Bank Saint Petersburg to secure victory at the High Court in London in its dispute with borrower Vitaly Arkhangelsky and Oslo Marine Group Ports (OMG Ports).Proceedings in this case began back in 2009 and have spanned four jurisdictions: Russia, Bulgaria, France, and England. Over 20 cases were heard in the Russian courts, whose rulings were recognised and enforced overseas.

In late 2017, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) established the Task Force on Arbitration of Climate Change-Related Disputes within its Commission on Arbitration and Amicable Dispute Resolution. On 6 April 2016, the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IAC) included Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner of EPAM, in its recommended list of arbitrators. The list includes just ten other arbitrators from the Russian Federation.

As a result of the vote, Managing Partner of EPAM Ilya Nikiforov was elected as a member of the Board.
