Bankruptcy and Insolvency. Financial Rehabilitation as a New Chapter for Russia Forum, organised by C5, was hosted in Moscow today, where Mikhail Kazantsev, a Senior Lawyer of EPAM, gave a presentation.
The Forum brought together some leading bankruptcy lawyers and consultants, major bankruptcy trustees, crisis management experts and financial rehabilitation specialists, corporate executives and directors, as well as corporate lawyers. During the round table discussions, the delegates shared their experience and discussed the most important matters arising from the latest changes in the new legal bankruptcy regulations.
The presentation on Russian Bankruptcy Regulations: Trying to Balance the Interests of Creditors and Debtors given by Mikhail Kazantsev covered a number of views on bankruptcy rules, new debt restructuring schemes and current proposals to reform the Russian bankruptcy laws.
