On 22 May the Russian In-house Counsel Congress conducted the “In-house Counsel for Protection and Development of Business Today” event in Moscow.
The Congress covered issues of legal support to M&A transactions, tax security of business and arbitration proceedings, and specific characteristics of legal management and current business trends.
