EPAM promotes Mikhail Kazantsev to Partner

EPAM is pleased to announce the promotion of Mikhail Kazantsev to Partner.

Mikhail joined the firm in 2005 as an associate specializing in corporate law and M&A. In 2007, Mikhail became a Senior Associate in the M&A practice group at the Corporate Department of the law firm where he has advised major Russian and international clients on complex in-bound and out-bound transactions.

Following graduation from the St Petersburg State University, Mikhail had worked as a legal counsel for various companies and was appointed in 2003 as chief counsel for the St. Petersburg Directorate of the Federal Customs Service. He subsequently joined the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation from which he came to the law firm.
