From May -to June 2008 Elena Kuznetsova, Sergey Korolev and Sergey Strembelev, lawyers from the Saint Petersburg Law Offices of EPAM, participated in the Academy for American and International Law program in Dallas, USA.
The Academy program includes both US and international law, including corporate law, liability law, arbitration, rules of civil procedure, intellectual property and other law disciplines, familiarization with the proceedings of trial courts and courts of appeals of the State of Texas and practice of the lead Dallas law firms.
Elena Kuznetsova, Sergey Korolev and Sergey Strembelev also participated in the Symposium on International Mergers & Acquisitions, Dallas, from 17 to 18 June 2008) and in the 19th Annual ITA Workshop, Dallas, 19 June 2008. Sergey Strembelev made the presentation on “Recent Developments in M&A law in Russia” at the M&A Symposium.
