EPAM Law Attorneys Co-Authored Text Book on Civil Law
EPAM Law attorneys Ilya Nikiforov, Nikolay Averchenko and Maria Miroshnikova co-authored a new text book “Civil Law” published this week.
“Civil law” volume one (of three), edited by Professor A.Sergeev, methodically covers the Common Part of Russian Federation’s Civil Law.
Ilya Nikoforov, Managing partner of EPAM St.Peretsburg office, wrote a chapter on non-profit organizations. Senior attorney Nikolay Averchenko covered the law of property. Maria Miroshnikova contributed a chapter on limited property rights.
The text book marks an important milestone in the evolution of legal study. Intended audience includes students and postgraduate students, teachers and legal professionals, anyone interested in Civil law.
