On 17 - 19 September Copenhagen hosted the IBA-promoted conference -“Cross-Border Real Estate Investment in Europe”. Sergey Strembelev, an attorney at EPAM, attended the conference.
More than one hundred delegates from Europe’s leading companies took the opportunity to learn about the latest trends of the real estate investment market. Lawyers, attorneys, trustees, bankers specializing in real estate, top managers, brokers and a wide range of real estate experts from a number of European countries participated in the conference workshops.
Attorney Strembelev presented a report to the delegates titled “Foreign Investments in the Residential Real Estate in Russia”. Sergey raised the issues of market trends and new real estate investment projects in Russia, which aroused genuine interest from foreign investors who have encountered a shortage of information about the Russian real estate market.
