Today EPAM and the Russian Corporate Counsel Association (RCCA) held a round table discussion on Shareholder Agreements: Russian and International Experience

The round table discussion focused on existing legal frameworks for relations between shareholders, analysis of the recent judicial practice in Russia, as well as regulatory perspectives on shareholder agreements in Russia.
