Daniil V. Petrov joined EPAM Moscow Office as the Head of the Public Policy Department in November 2004. Since then he has carried out a number of complicated corporate projects and regularly represented the interests of Russian parties in Russian courts and aboard.
His credentials include representing the interests of the Russian Federation in such cases as: during business negotiations with the American company Alcoa; during US court hearings regarding the ownership of the collection of isotopes; law cases in Mauritania and Norway on behalf of Arkhangelsk Trawler Fleet; and in disputes with regards to the ownership of Russian historical monuments’.
Daniil Petrov will take up a position as head of the Property Management Department of Joint Stock Company "Russian Railways".
