EPAM Announces New Appointments at Its Moscow Office

On July 1, 2022, Roman Malovitskiy (Banking & Finance, Capital Markets Practice) was promoted to Partner, while Tatyana Boyko (M&A and Corporate Practice) and Stanislav Dobshevich (Litigation Practice) were both promoted to Counsel.

Roman Malovitsky, attorney-at-law, member of the Saint Petersburg Bar, specialises in banking and finance, syndicated lending, foreign investments, as well as corporate governance and insolvency/restructuring. Roman is a member of the Commission on Banks and Banking Operations at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and a member of the Committee on Business Finance and Credit Guarantee at Delovaya Rossiya (Business Russia), an all-Russia public organization. Tatyana Boyko, attorney-at-law, PhD, specialises in corporate and contract law. Tatyana has extensive experience in representing clients in corporate conflicts, advising on M&A transactions, redomiciliation of foreign companies in the Russian Federation, incorporation of holding companies and optimising corporate governance. She is a member of the Moscow Bar Association. Tatyana has been recognised as a leading investment expert according to The Best Lawyers™ 2022. She also took an active role in the reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, participating in working groups within the framework of the Corporate Legislation Experts Association, as well as in other working groups on improving corporate legislation. Since 2020, she has been serving as the Academic Supervisor of the Corporate Law Master's Program at the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

Stanislav Dobshevich, attorney-at-law, LL.M., has been representing large enterprises in a wide range of commercial disputes for over ten years. He specialises in corporate conflicts, including international cases. Stanislav has extensive experience in representing clients in arbitrazh courts at all levels, including the Russian Supreme Court, and in international commercial arbitration (including ICC, SCC, LCIA and the ICAC at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry). Stanislav also advises on cross-border matters. He is a member of the Moscow Bar Association. In 2022, he received his LL.M degree at NYU in international dispute resolution.
