Associates of EPAM to participate in the National Forum on Corporate law
On November 12-13, 2014 Moscow will host the National Forum on Corporate law. Mikhail Kazantsev, Partner, Dmitry Glazounov, Partner, Head of Banking & Finance, Capital Markets Practice, and Associate Tatyana Boyko will participate in the event.
Dmitry Glazounov will deliver a report titled “The Bank of Russia and the Issuer: A New Format of Relations Between the Regulator and the Market Participants”. Partner Mikhail Kazantsev and Associate Tatyana Boyko are to participate in the discussion sections. Mikhail will address the issues of social control, the introduction of the principle of "two keys" and the responsibility of management. Tatyana Boyko will speak about the process of corporate transactions, provide an analysis of the amendments of the Civil Code and discuss new rules for the preparation of agreements for shareholders and LLC members.
