Vyacheslav Yugai to Speak at International Forum of Legal Services to Support the Implementation of One Belt One Road Initiative

On July 6-8 2017 International Forum of Legal Services to Support the implementation of China’s One Belt One Road Initiative will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan. Vyacheslav Yugai, Head of Far East Practice Group at EPAM’ M&A and Corporate Practice will speak at the event.

 Forum is focused on current issues of ‘One Belt, One Road’ initiative development: economic integration of participating countries, investment opportunities and risks, ways of global governance and regulation. The event will bring together senior officials, investors and entrepreneurs, law firm representatives from Europe, the USA, China and alongside countries where new economic routes will appear. The Forum participants will have a unique opportunity to discuss the investment environment of the regions, to learn about legal aspects of transacting, establish contacts for long-term international cooperation.

The forum will also present an international platform of legal service to support One Belt, One Road initiative, which will help law firms to work hand in hand to render legal support, share practicing experience and coordinate their business processes in jurisdictions of different countries. On the base of the international platform of legal services an international training institution for younger lawyers will be established with exchange and training opportunities in China.

In the framework of the Forum Vyacheslav Yugai will speak about the investment environment and legal peculiarities of making deals in Russia.
