Vladislav Arkhipov speaks at the CIS International Symposium
Vladislav Arkhipov, Associate at EPAM, made a presentation at the CIS International Symposium: Achievements, Problems, Prospects which took place at the Taurida Palace, the Headquarters of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States.
The conference was attended by members of the Federal Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Russian Ministry of Justice, representatives of the Eurasian Association of Universities, professors from Lomonosov Moscow State University and St. Petersburg State University, academic and business community.
The event offered four sessions:
- Legal basis for integration: rapprochement and harmonization of national legislations of the CIS member states;
- The CIS – Experience and Problems of Economic Integration; International political mechanisms for the establishment and development of the Commonwealth of Independent States;
- State and prospects of CIS integrative cooperation in science and education.
Vladislav Arkhipov, Associate at EPAM, delivered a report within the session Legal Framework for Integration: Rapprochement and Harmonization of National Legislations of the CIS Member States. His presentation was dedicated to the legal framework of the CU between Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. In particular, Vladislav analysed the key problems and prospects of the supranational customs regulations developments.
