Vladimir Talanov to Speak At RAA Conference During Dubai Arbitration Week
On 13 November, 2025, as part of Dubai Arbitration Week, the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) will host the conference titled "Changing the Place of Arbitration Due to Significant Changes in Circumstances."
Vladimir Talanov, Partner of the International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM Law, will serve as a speaker at the event.
Participants will discuss one of the most debated topics in international arbitration: "Is it Possible to Change the Place of Arbitration?" The conference will also address common myths and practical approaches related to this issue.
