Vladimir Talanov to speak at the Baltic Oil and Gas Trading & Transportation Conference
On 22–23 October 2012, St. Petersburg will host the Second Baltic Oil and Gas Trading & Transportation Conference, featuring professional review and analysis of the markets that generate and are supported by Baltic transit activity. Vladimir Talanov will address the conference attendees.
The conference will present a detailed review and analysis of the region’s transhipment capacities, a review of the oil and petroleum market, and practical aspects of trade: freight rates, rail tariffs, duties, supply and demand for specific petroleum products, pricing features, etc.
During the Conference, Vladimir Talanov, an advocate of EPAM, will moderate a session entitled ‘The Future of Exports; Predictions for Capacity Development’ and present a report on the effects of Russia’s entry into the WTO.
