Vladimir Lobastov to speak at M&A Conference

On 25th May Saint Petersburg will host the Mergers&Acquisitions conference organized by the Vedomosti newspaper. Vladimir Lobastov, Deputy Managing Partner at EPAM St. Petersburg Law Offices, will deliver a report at the conference.

The event is taking place in Saint Petersburg for the eighth time and regularly brings together CEOs and in-house lawyers from major companies of the Russian North-West, financial and legal advisors in M&A deals, leading experts and market analysts. This year they are to discuss the following topics:

Review of mergers and acquisitions in Russia and the North-West Federal District. Deals in 2010. What to expect in 2011?

Vladimir Lobastov is scheduled to speak on “Specifics of M&A deals in the telecoms sector” and will use the Firm’s relevant experience in this area to share his views on pitfalls when entering into such deals, and on the nuances of obtaining approvals from antitrust authorities and other regulators.
