Vladimir Lobastov Speaks at the IDI Conference Choosing Jurisdiction and Applicable Law in Distribution Contracts
On June 14-15, 2013, the conference Choosing Jurisdiction and Applicable Law in Distribution Contracts will be held to coincide with the Annual Meeting of the International Distribution Institute (IDI) in Munich (Germany). Vladimir Lobastov, Counsel at EPAM, is one of the featured speakers at the event.
The IDI is the leading organization for international distribution law. The conference is aimed at lawyers and executives involved in negotiating, drafting and managing international distribution contracts (agency, distributorship, franchising, etc.) and will deal with a number of topical issues which justify an in-depth discussion between qualified experts in this field. Vladimir Lobastov will deliver his report entitled Russia as a Jurisdiction of Choice during the panel Litigating in "Critical" Countries: the Examples of Russia, China and India.
