10th Annual Student Competition «Model of International Commercial Arbitration» to Be Held with the Support of EPAM Law
On 23–24 April 2025, the 10th anniversary edition of the annual student competition «Model of International Commercial Arbitration» (MICA 2025) will be held, organised by Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) in cooperation with the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The MICA competition aims to promote the study of private international law and raise awareness among future legal professionals about arbitration as an effective method for resolving commercial disputes.
The central theme of the 2025 competition is: «Cross-Border EPC Contract for the Construction of a Deep Oil Refining Plant».
The competition arbitrators will include: Valery Eremenko, Partner and Co-Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice at EPAM Law; Artem Boyarchuk, Paralegal in the Real Estate and Construction Practice; and Valeria Teslina, Corporate Communications Manager.
