Oleksii Reznikov to speak at the ІІ UBA Tax Forum
On September 27th 2013 Kyiv to host the 2nd Tax Forum, organized by Ukrainian Bar Association with cooperation of Ministry of Income and Charges of Ukraine.
The experts will discuss current issues of transfer pricing and usual prices in Ukraine, tax relations, as well as learn about tax experience of colleagues from Russia, the Netherlands, Poland and other countries.
Minister of Income and Charges of Ukraine Oleksandr Klymenko, judges of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the European Court of Human Rights, as well as partners of the leading law firms in Ukraine and abroad are among the speakers of the Forum.
Partner of Litigation practice of EPA&P Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov will deliver his presentation to the audience on ‘Administrative justice: legal certainty or tax’ in the session devoted to legal practice in tax disputes in Ukraine.
