Natalia Checheneva to Speak at the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce Business Discussion on International Trade
On 25 June 2024, the Customs, Transport and Logistics Working Group of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce (Kammer Russland) will hold its next meeting. Natalia Checheneva, Senior Associate in the International Trade and Customs Practice at EPAM Law, will participate as a speaker.
During the event, representatives of companies involved in foreign economic activity, along with international law experts, will discuss recent trends in customs audits, challenges in verifying the country of origin during goods declaration, and other pressing issues. Officials from the North-Western Customs Administration have also been invited to join the discussion.
Natalia Checheneva will deliver a presentation on «The EAEU Court: Recommendations for Appeal Procedures Based on the Example of Including Dividends in Customs Value». She will share her expert opinion and answer questions from participants.
