Litigation Morning Talk: Working with Evidence – Nuances That Can Change the Course of a Case

EPAM Law invites corporate legal professionals and senior executives to join a new series of events – Litigation Morning Talk.

These sessions will take place in the format of an open dialogue with leading experts from EPAM’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice. They will focus on pressing issues related to building successful strategies for managing complex court proceedings, practical tools for handling intricate disputes, key trends in procedural law, and more.
