Kirill Ratnikov to speak at <em>Project Finance in Russia</em> conference

Project Finance in Russia conference is to take place in Moscow on April 18, 2012. Kirill Ratnikov , Head of Project Finance and PPP Practice at EPAM, is scheduled to speak at the event.
